THREE traders at Simpang Ampat in south Seberang Prai, Penang, were issued compounds of RM1,000 each for failing to display price tags on eggs sold in their stores.
Central Seberang Prai Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry chief enforcement officer Ahmad Ahrazzuddin Ahmad Hamdan said four enforcement officers carried out checks at the grocery stores at around 9am on Friday.
