KUANTAN: A grace period will be given to explain the standard operating procedures (SOP) under the conditional movement control order (MCO) in Pahang.
State secretary Datuk Seri Dr Sallehuddin Ishak said some businesses may be unfamiliar or confused about the SOP, thus enforcement teams would be advising traders and the public how to abide by it.
