SOME of Penang’s famous hawkers are finding it difficult to conform to the standard operating procedure (SOP) for dining under the conditional movement control order (MCO).
Among them is the popular wantan mee shop in Argyll Road which has decided not to re-open its dine-in when the conditional MCO is implemented in the state.
