Initiative allows customers to drop off food for the poor

A PENANG businessman has taken the initiative to place food cages at a few grocery shops in Balik Pulau for customers to donate groceries and other essential items.

Yuskamarul Anuar Yusop, 38, said the initiative, which he started in August last year, received good public response since the movement control order (MCO) was enforced on March 18.
