THE PENANG government will be taking a balanced approach in ensuring both public and economic health of the state post Covid-19.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the Penang Next Normal Strategy would consist of three primary missions namely strengthening the ecosystem, coordinating the ecosystem to the changes in the 21st century and building resilience to any crisis in the future.
