DEEMED the ‘craziest’ market on mainland Penang since the movement control order (MCO) came into force, the Mak Mandin hawker complex and market almost got shut down.
But since traders and market- goers have finally toed the line, the state will draw up plans to give the cramped complex a much-needed upgrade.
