A TAILOR has used his free time during the current nationwide movement control order by sewing and distributing handmade fabric face masks as a gesture of goodwill.
Ng Teck Gen, 48, who runs a sewing and embroidery boutique in Kangar, Perlis, said he gave away free face masks made from leftover fabric to those in need because he knew that not everyone could afford to buy face masks.
