CM: Let frontliners handle food aid

Poor and homeless folk queueing up close to each other for food and drinks distributed by kind individuals at the Komtar bus interchange yesterday.

KIND individuals going out to the streets to hand out aid to the needy have been told to adhere to the movement control order (MCO).
