PENANG may consider restricting the operation time of businesses, similar to what is being implemented in several districts in Pahang, if the need arises to contain the spread of Covid-19.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said although the present conformance on the movement control order (MCO) was satisfactory, the government did not rule out such measures if people are not observing the MCO strictly.
