WHILE most eateries and roadside stalls in Kuala Lumpur were closed, save for takeaways and deliveries, a few stalls in Brickfields were spotted on Wednesday (March 18) serving people drinks despite the movement control order going into effect.
The patrons looked like they were foreigners and were seen drinking teh tarik and enjoying their day off.
