DESPITE the Covid-19 outbreak showing no signs of abating, Penang is embarking on an aggressive tourism promotion nationwide.

“We will continue with our plans and programmes despite the virus and the change in government at the federal level and some other states,” said state tourism, arts, culture and heritage committee chairman Yeoh Soon Hin.
