THREE restaurants in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam, Penang, were temporarily closed by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) after finding them to be dirty.
The operation, led by health officer M. Bavani, also saw 13 compounds totalling RM1,910 issued to the eateries.
