IN its ongoing efforts to address the mushrooming of illegal stalls and businesses, Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) conducted several joint operations to demolish illegal stalls in Gombak and Rawang.
This was the fifth operation on illegal stalls along the Middle Ring Road 2 where 13 operators were issued compounds for operating without a business licence.
