A CONCERTED effort to enhance the quality of life for Penangites in aged apartment blocks has been going on since the beginning of this year.

In the last two months alone, the state government approved RM33.9mil for 233 maintenance projects under the 80% Maximum Maintenance Fund (TPM80PP).
