DEVOTEES attending the Theppa Thiruvizha festival in Teluk Bahang, Penang, tomorrow are urged to use eco-friendly lantern floats instead of those made of synthetic foam materials.

Consumers Association of Penang education officer N.V. Subbarow said that each year, the floating chariot festival attracts thousands of people to the Sri Singamuga Kaliamman Temple in Teluk Bahang.
