QUALITY services paid off for 293 employees of Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) when they were rewarded with RM1,000 each for their outstanding performance.
MBSP mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said the recipients exhibited excellent performance in discharging their duties last year.
