KUALA LUMPUR: The mishap at a construction site in Taman Desa on Friday (Feb 14) is not the first time that such an incident happened in the neighbourhood, and as such the authorities must give an explanation, says the MCA.
"For the record, the mishap this evening is not the first," says party spokesperson Chan Quin Er.
