ILLEGAL dumping of industrial waste has been fought hard but local councils in Selangor still have not been able to stop it.
State local authorities and illegal dumping of industrial waste special committee chairman Dr Daroyah Alwi said the problem continued to plague various parts of Selangor and enforcement remained a challenge due to the wide area.
