JOHOR BARU: The coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak in China has affected the export of Musang King durian to the republic, leading to suppliers selling the fruit at lower prices to locals here.

Johor Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (Fama) director Shahid Abu Bakar said the current price for premium grade Musang King at plantations was between RM40 and RM45 per kg, with a market price of between RM60 and RM70 per kg.
