Fusion lion dance reflects multicultural Malaysia

ALLIANZ Malaysia Bhd ushered in the Lunar New Year with a fusion lion dance performance by Kok Ngai Lion Dance Club featuring the kompang (a traditional Malay hand-held drum) and the dhol (usually seen in bhangra performances) at its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

Allianz Malaysia chief executive officer Zakri Khir said Chinese New Year was a celebration that brought Malaysians together regardless of race and religion.
