Although rats have a penchant for secretly munching on food left around, it is almost impossible to find dishes named after the animal, except for Chinese noodles lo shu fun or Silver Needle noodles.
The noodles are semi-translucent measuring about 5cm long with pointy ends resembling the tail of a rat. Lo shu means rat.
