THE financial burden of 90 pupils from low-income families this coming Chinese New Year was partially lifted after four groups stepped in to channel aid.
Thanks to the One To Tree Hope Foundation, Gohkaki Childhood Museum, TDR Coursemates Association and Sam Cheng Everloving Care Welfare Society, each pupil received RM180 in cash, a thanksgiving gift basket, RM20 in transport allowance and lunch during the ‘I.CNY’ programme.
