WHEELCHAIR user Mohd Zuki Jamaludin was cheerfully waving his arms and trying to move to the rhythm of the music blaring from the stage at the City Walk 1.1.2020 held on New Year’s Day at the Esplanade in Penang.

The 49-year-old who was assisted by his nephew Danial Jauhari, 12, said he was “happy” when asked whether he was enjoying himself.
