AS we head into the new decade, surveillance at strategic locations in Penang will be further enhanced to ensure safety and orderly traffic flow.
More than 500 closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras on Penang island will be upgraded while 30 new monitors will be installed on the mainland this year.
