SIXTEEN residents of Rumah Sejahtera Sikamat near Seremban received a Chinese New Year treat when a team from Matrix Concepts Foundation visited them to celebrate the Year of the Rat.
Led by Datin Yong Chou Lian, foundation members started the day by entertaining the residents with songs, dances and music.
