AFTER enduring tank leakages for almost three years, residents of Seruan Emas Apartments in Taman Free School, Penang, are looking forward to the tank refurbishment.
The water tank at the 11-storey block located along Solok Rawana has not been refurbished since it was built 22 years ago.
