THIS year has been one of trial and error for Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) as it embarked on new ideas and projects.
While some of the proposed initiatives and programmes were well-received, several of the projects were met with resistance by the people of Ampang.
One controversial project that is going ahead despite protests is the anaerobic digestion plant in Taman Dato Ahmad Razali.
