NOWADAYS a lot of junk and rubbish, and even motorcycles, somehow end up in our drains no thanks to the lack of civic consciousness among people.
This was discovered by contractors from Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) upon carrying out maintenance and cleaning work during the year-end monsoon season.
