Council yet to recoup losses from two parties

A PENANG Island City councillor has voiced her concern over losses that were incurred by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) on a parking concession and the Bukit Kukus paired roads project.

Councillor Dr Chee Heng Leng said the council had not recouped losses from the privatisation of its parking services to a concessionaire, which ended with losses.
