Visually-impaired man wins top prize in video contest

VISUALLY-impaired Shaifu Izuddin Shaifudin took home RM400 cash for winning first place in a short film competition under the category for the blind.

The competition held by Society of the Blind Malaysia (SBM) was in conjunction with International Day of Disabled Persons.
