MELAKA: Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) graduate Amirul Zarith Zamri has been conferred the university’s inaugural “Tuah” award for saving his elderly parents during a fire.
The 24-year-old, who completed his Technology Management and Technopreneur studies, saved his father Zamri Ipin, 62, a stroke patient and mother Rahimah Idris, 60, when a fire broke out at their home in Batu 13, Maran in Pahang.
