ARTIFICIAL snow came down and filled the lobby of Berjaya Penang Hotel just as the Christmas tree there was lighted up, drawing squeals of delight from 41 children who had gathered to witness the ceremony.

The underprivileged and orphaned children were from the Society of St Vincent de Paul and the Penang Tamarai Women’s Development Organisation.
