RESIDENTS in Pulau Tikus, George Town, are highly concerned about the close proximity of a proposed 20-storey hotel to their housing area.
The dwellers of a condominium, an apartment and four semi- detached houses located next to the plot of land proposed to house the hotel, want the Penang Island City Council to look into the plot that is supposedly designated as commercial area.
