THE newly formed management corporations (MC) for Pangsapuri Pelangi Blocks 3 and 5 and for Pangsapuri Pelangi Blocks 7, 9 and 11 in Penang are looking for agents to manage the area’s five-block residential property.
Pengkalan Kota assemblyman Daniel Gooi said the two MCs were established in accordance with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
