HIGH school student Nathalie Hong Li Xin was crowned Miss Penang Yosakoi 2020 after a colourful pageant finale in Gurney Plaza.
She saw off the challenge of 11 other hopefuls after assuredly parading around first in a yukata, and then an elegant pink furisode kimono.
