FOUR heads of department at Klang Municipal Council (MPK) have been reassigned portfolios to enhance “service to ratepayers”.
The decision was made by former MPK president Datuk Mohamad Yasid Bidin just before his own move to the Public Services Department on Nov 15 after serving two terms at the local council.
