NATURE’S splendour greeted participants of the Seberang Prai Eco-Cycling 2019 as they rode past padi fields and lush greenery on a Saturday morning at Sungai Chenaam on mainland Penang.
Present to flag off the 35km event at the Sungai Chenaam Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) hall recently were Deputy Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik and Sungai Acheh assemblyman Zulkifli Ibrahim.
