Its SkyAwani affordable home series, SkyAwani 1, 2 and 3 have recorded a 100% take-up rate.
SkyWorld unveiled SkyAwani 4 Residence in Setapak and opened its Tower A2 for unit selection.
Keen registrants showed up early and the event saw more than 1,200 attending.

The newly launched SkyAwani 4 Residence fronts a 0.4ha park equipped with jogging and cycling tracks and blossom park.
It features three 55-storey towers with 1,782 units.
Every unit comes with a built-up area of 800sq ft, three rooms and two bathrooms at a price of RM300,000.
Built on a 1.9ha of leasehold land, the total estimated gross development value (GDV) of SkyAwani 4 is over RM534mil.
To date, only Tower A2 is officially open for unit selection.
