Speedy take-up for Setapak affordable homes project

House buyers queuing up early to book their preferred units at SkyAwani 4 Residence in Setapak.

SkyWorld Development Group is ending the year on a high note.

Its SkyAwani affordable home series, SkyAwani 1, 2 and 3 have recorded a 100% take-up rate.

SkyWorld unveiled SkyAwani 4 Residence in Setapak and opened its Tower A2 for unit selection.

Keen registrants showed up early and the event saw more than 1,200 attending.

SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng said: “Our popular SkyAwani series has made headlines and cemented its position as the must-own starter home for first-time house buyers.

“Despite SkyAwani being a CSR project under the Rumawip affordable home programme,

The newly launched SkyAwani 4 Residence fronts a 0.4ha park equipped with jogging and cycling tracks and blossom park.

It features three 55-storey towers with 1,782 units.

Every unit comes with a built-up area of 800sq ft, three rooms and two bathrooms at a price of RM300,000.

Built on a 1.9ha of leasehold land, the total estimated gross development value (GDV) of SkyAwani 4 is over RM534mil.

To date, only Tower A2 is officially open for unit selection.
