TENANTS of Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) homes owe RM600,000 in arrears, says MPSJ deputy president Mohd Zulkarnain Che Ali.
Council homes have been rented out to squatters from Kampung Tun Razak and Puchong Permai since 2005.
