THE first morning market under Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) for traders from the B40 group has opened in Putra Heights.

Selangor socioeconomic empowerment, development and caring government committee chairman V. Ganabatirau urged the target segment to use this opportunity to kick-start their small businesses at Pasar Muhibbah Putra Heights under the Bazar Prihatin Selangor programme.
