Winners of the first lucky draw standing with GuocoLand Malaysia’s team. Eligible housebuyers will also be in the running for a grand draw to win a cruise trip in Alaska worth RM50,000.

AS the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) has been extended to the end of this year, GuocoLand Malaysia has rolled out its latest sales campaign named BEST, to reward buyers with prizes worth a total of RM250,000. The BEST campaign, which stands for Buy with Ease, Save and Treasure, is open to all GuocoLand Malaysia purchasers who have successfully booked their respective properties between Sept 1 and Dec 31.

For a property to be successfully booked, the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) should be signed with the minimum amount required, in accordance with the SPA and paid within 21 days of their booking. Purchasers who have met this requirement are able to qualify for the large pool of attractive prizes in the campaign.

Housebuyers who are eligible will be able to participate in “mini draws” with a wide array of prizes to be won.

The first mini draw was held at Emerald Hills Sales Gallery early this month and lucky buyers walked away with hotel and gift vouchers, Dyson products and GoPro Hero cameras.

The second mini draw is scheduled to take place in March 2020. On top of that, eligible buyers will also be in the running for a grand draw to win a cruise trip in Alaska worth RM50,000, property rebate voucher worth RM40,000 and a Gold Coast dolphin trip worth RM16,000.

Buyers of GuocoLand Malaysia’s participating projects will not only be eligible to win prizes in the BEST campaign, but in conjunction with the HOC initiative, buyers also stand of receiving significant savings on their property purchase with 0% down payment, free SPA and loan legal fees, stamp duty on loan, stamp duty on title transfer and foreigner state consent fees.

According to the developers, the BEST campaign achieved better than expected sales records in September and October as buyers were drawn to the new launches of landed houses in Emerald Rawang, condominiums in Emerald Hills and residential units in Emerald 9, Cheras. DC Residensi in Damansara City has also registered strong take-up from Hong Kong purchasers.

GuocoLand Malaysia executive director Andy Chua said, “The overwhelming response to the BEST campaign has shown that despite the challenging market, prospects are still buying homes with good environmental concepts, attractive sales packages and government-led initiatives.

“This achievement will spur us to strive harder and continue to offer quality products, incentives and buying experience for our customers,” Chua added.

The BEST campaign is valid for the following participating GuocoLand projects in Malaysia: Emerald 9, Cheras (starting from RM397,000); Emerald Hills, Cheras (starting from RM475,000); DC Residensi, Damansara Heights (starting from RM1.2mil); Emerald Rawang (starting from RM508,000) and Emerald Sepang (starting from RM298,000).
