Penang schools rewarded for collecting recyclable materials

SOME 116 schools in Penang collected over 153,000kg of recyclable materials in the Kempen Kitar Semula F&N and MBPP 2019.

The haul was from the efforts of students from 21 preschools, 57 primary and 38 secondary schools in the jurisdiction of Penang Island City Council (MBPP) during a six-month campaign from March 1 to Aug 30.
