Still flooding after 11 long years

PENANG MCA has urged the state government to focus on solving the perennial flood problems, instead of paying more attention to the expensive Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP).

Its Citizenship and Social Movement Bureau chief Cheah Chin Woon said part of the RM46bil PTMP project could have been used to address the flood problems.
