THE Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) has tabled a deficit budget of RM34mil for next year.
Mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said the RM349mil budget would see a deficit against a projected revenue of RM315mil via tax revenue (RM226.5mil), non-tax revenue (RM77.3mil) and non-revenue receipts (RM11mil).
