SOME 30 kids from the Children Protection Society (CPS) were treated to a Deepavali party at the home in Jalan Scotland, George Town.
Organised by the Malaysia Hindhudhrama Maamandram (MHDM) Penang branch, the event was part of its community programme to bring joy to the underprivileged.
