Rozel’s new Gen-R series offers customisation where customers can choose fabric or leather options.

A NEW range of vibrant, quality furniture pieces were unveiled by Rozel during the launch of its Gen-R Series.

At the company’s flagship showroom in Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur, guests mingled with company representatives while admiring the beautifully laid out furniture including leather and fabric sofas in hues from bright yellow to deep emerald.

Rozel managing director Gan Tai Hwa said the new series was aimed at the current generation of young professionals who desire dynamic style, striking fashion and colourful vibrance when making choices but without compromising quality and luxury.

“Studying this generation is interesting, ” he told those assembled at the four-storey, 60,000sq ft showroom.

“They are exposed to the latest fashion trends and are aware of the difference between quality materials, ” he said, noting how traditionally the 30-year-old brand has often been associated with a more mature and sophisticated market.

“For consumers in the current generation who love colour combinations and follow urban trends, Rozel lives up to the ideal, and

this is the perfect channel for you to display your unique taste, ” he said.

Gan added that a special aspect of the Gen-R range was the option for customisation, whereby customers can choose between leather and fabric backrest, seat or skirting with Rozel offering assistance to customise sofas inspired by Scandinavian design.

Rozel has carved a name for itself for producing pieces that follow the Italian design aesthetic and the use of high-quality materials.

“As Gen-R is created for the young and dynamic, it is affordably priced from RM3,990 onwards, ” said Gan, adding that the brand brought not just personality and passion in its offerings but also provided comfort and inspiration.

“We want you to feel at home and shop to your satisfaction, ” he said.

Rozel, which has been in the Malaysian market for 30 years, had also included a lucky draw for guests. The grand prize was a three-seater sofa.

In a nod to the younger generation, the brand incorporated a social media contest in which the prize was a full leather armchair.
