MAH Sing Group Bhd, the largest exhibitor at the four-day StarProperty.my Fair 2019, will build more medium-priced properties for its RM2.5bil Southbay mixed-development project in Batu Maung, Penang.
Its group chief operating officer Everlyn Khaw said the master plan of Southbay was being revised to fully optimise the group’s remaining land bank so that there would be an ideal mix of residential and commercial components.
