FT Minister welcomes help in keeping city clean


Participants of the 38th Bukit Bintang Central Gotong Royong cleaning the streets of Bukit BIntang.

MORE than 1,000 people took part in the 38th Bukit Bintang Central Gotong Royong themed “Jom Bersih Bukit Bintang 17 Sayangi Bukit Bintang” to clean up back lanes in the area.

Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad (pic), who flagged off the event, said Bukit Bintang Central Committee (BBCEC) was an exemplary group for actively organising programmes to address common issues in the vicinity.
