TWO development projects in Kampung Segambut Dalam that were found to have contributed to the massive flooding on Monday were issued stop-work orders by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL)
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan said the developers were building houses in the area and debris had clogged up the drains.
