PENANG Development Corpo-ration (PDC) has been told to step up monitoring of all affordable housing projects to ensure they are in tip-top condition, said state local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo.
This follows the recent discovery of defective amenities at a PDC-managed project in Jalan S.P. Chelliah in George Town.
